Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026+ innovation strategy integrating AI, biotechnology, and climate resilience technologies
- Analyze disruptive trends (quantum dominance, neurointerfaces, synthetic biology) and translate insights into actionable business roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for 2030 technological inflection points
- Design and manage an innovation pipeline with 15+ emerging technology projects
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and government innovation initiatives
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative frameworks
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
