Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight roadmap integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate AI systems
- Lead high-stakes innovation sprints with C-suite executives to prototype market-disrupting solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and government innovation labs
- Design and implement predictive market models using big data and generative AI for competitive advantage
- Chair the Global Ethics Council ensuring responsible development of sentient AI and neurotech interfaces
- Author the annual 'State of 2026' industry whitepaper distributed to Fortune 500 CEOs
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, or Emerging Technologies with 10+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of commercializing exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature Futures, MIT Technology Review)
- Fluency in at least two strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, causal layered analysis)
- Experience securing $50M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI on transformational projects
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to executive stakeholders
