Responsibilities

- Mentor a cohort of junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
