Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI, synthetic biology, and neuro interfaces
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging paradigms and disruptors
- Architect strategic frameworks for human-machine collaboration in post-2025 ecosystems
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and investors with data-driven narratives
- Build and lead a global team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for breakthrough R&D
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to influence organizational strategy through future insights
