Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop and publish annual Future State Reports
- Design innovation frameworks for clients navigating post-2025 market disruptions
- Facilitate cross-industry symposia on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable futures
- Build predictive models for workforce transformation and skill evolution
- Advise leadership on scenario planning for climate adaptation and resource scarcity
- Author thought leadership pieces for FutureForward Journal
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3+ validated forecasts)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight.org)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 10-year strategic pivots
