Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with global market shifts and technological disruptions

- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning our organization as a future authority
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry disruptors, academic pioneers, and venture partners
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic scenarios to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Mentor a team of innovation analysts and junior futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business/tech publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
