Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for executive leadership on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, innovation labs, and industry disruptors
- Create predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption scenarios
- Author thought leadership content that positions our company as a future-shaping authority
- Oversee implementation of strategic initiatives with measurable KPIs for 2026 readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, horizon scanning)
