- Produce strategic foresight reports and executive presentations with actionable insights
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into innovation roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Represent FutureHorizon at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles at tech-forward organizations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights for diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic positioning
