Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate tech) and translate insights into strategic blueprints
- Develop scenario models for 2026 market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proof initiatives
- Author white papers and thought leadership on paradigm-shifting innovations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future human needs
- Advose on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and societal impact
- Build an innovation ecosystem through strategic partnerships and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business plans
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, biotech regulation, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating future visions to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-strategy implementations
