Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive forces impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic initiatives
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Translate foresight research into actionable strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
