Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech integration)
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' whitepapers influencing global policy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing cutting-edge technologies
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at global forums (Davos, TED, etc.)
- Published thought leader with minimum 3 peer-reviewed futurism papers
