Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Establish KPIs to track innovation adoption and future-readiness metrics
- Curate an internal foresight ecosystem to embed future-thinking across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, blockchain)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience managing innovation portfolios with $10M+ budgets
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent professional designation
