Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and implement scenario planning frameworks for high-stakes strategic decisions
- Author actionable foresight reports and thought leadership content for executive audiences
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities and risks using predictive analytics and trend modeling
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and C-suite leadership with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Policy, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into executable strategies
- Experience developing foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 or global enterprises
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic foresight publications
