Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2036 strategic innovation framework using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-disciplinary task forces in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify emerging tech vectors and market disruption opportunities across 12 industries
- Architect ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and neuro-interfaces
- Represent company at global futurism summits (Davos, Web Summit, Singularity)
- Mentor internal 'Future Labs' teams in exponential thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing 10-year+ future scenarios with measurable impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership on human-machine evolution or tech ethics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global policy organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives implemented
