Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global technology, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Author thought leadership whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
