As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing experts, neuroscientists, and sustainable tech pioneers to develop actionable 5-year roadmaps. You'll present findings to C-suite executives and influence product development across our AI, biotech, and climate tech portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across emerging tech domains (quantum AI, synthetic biology, climate engineering)
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with business objectives
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor junior futurists in research methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published work in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
