As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify paradigm shifts, develop long-term roadmaps, and pioneer solutions for markets that don't yet exist. Your work will directly influence $500M+ in strategic investments and shape how we prepare for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Author predictive whitepapers on technological convergence impacts
- Build quantitative models for market evolution simulations
- Advise executive leadership on innovation portfolio allocation
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience with cross-industry ecosystem mapping
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
