Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen products in AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Lead high-stakes workshops with C-suite executives to align on future vision
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business plans and innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist summits and tech policy forums
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and scenario planners
- Author white papers and thought leadership on long-term technological impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused products/services
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI governance, climate tech, biotech, or quantum computing
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (provide portfolio)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
