Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation pathways
- Design and implement scenario-planning models for future business landscapes
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive presentations on future implications
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development roadmaps
- Establish and maintain an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive threats through data-driven analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
- Ability to synthesize disparate data points into coherent future narratives
