Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational transformation in 2026+ markets
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype disruptive business models and customer experiences
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption of emerging technologies across industry verticals
- Author thought leadership pieces positioning InnovateX as the 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing disruptive business models
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technological and societal signals
- Published thought leader with demonstrated ability to influence C-suite decision-making
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative discipline
