Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients to capitalize on future opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Author predictive whitepapers and thought leadership for industry forums
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Manage innovation sprints with engineers to validate futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills (Python/R/Tableau)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for complex systems
