As the architect of our 2026 roadmap, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to anticipate technological inflection points, societal shifts, and market disruptions. Your insights will directly influence our product innovation, investment strategy, and competitive positioning in the rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and validate emerging technologies, consumer behaviors, and macroeconomic trends impacting 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks and predictive models for business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future-facing opportunities
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for disruptive signals
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or implemented strategic foresight projects
