Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes and competitive threats
- Develop strategic blueprints for quantum computing integration and AI-driven sustainability initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with 2026 business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global futurism forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions targeting 2026 commercialization
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic impact on organizational growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Future Studies Journal or similar high-impact venues
- Experience leading multi-year strategic initiatives with $100M+ budgets
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
