Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends through 2026 lens and develop strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future scenarios
- Lead development of 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Present future insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and disruptive startups
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or innovation roadmaps required
