Responsibilities

- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Reports' with data-backed predictions and strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in next-generation markets
- Represent the company at global forums on future technologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications by 2026
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology trends, or strategic planning
- Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to influence senior leadership
