Responsibilities

- Produce forward-looking whitepapers, scenario plans, and executive briefings on future trends
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and leadership teams
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes through quantitative/qualitative research
- Represent company vision at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotechnology, or climate tech domains
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong data visualization and quantitative research capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
- Portfolio of published trend reports or scenario planning projects
