- Champion innovation culture through workshops, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor threats using predictive analytics
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-innovation) into core business strategy
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Maintain trend database and publish quarterly future outlook reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
