Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 3-5 year planning horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-vision priorities
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Monitor global signals and early-warning systems for paradigm shifts
- Present strategic narratives to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven expertise in exponential technology analysis (AI/ML, biotech, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
- Deep understanding of socio-technological convergence patterns
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
