Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for 5-year strategic horizons using quantitative/qualitative methods
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and trend reports for industry impact
- Integrate future-ready principles into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 firms
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and megatrend analysis
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioner Network)
