Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders to map future business landscapes
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2030 market readiness
- Analyze global policy shifts and geopolitical trends impacting future innovation
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, tech R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed foresight research
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience building cross-functional innovation ecosystems
