Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision, aligning technological trends with market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Produce scenario analyses and white papers on future industry disruptions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee the implementation of future-proofing initiatives across business units

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Methodology (e.g., CFMP)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience in global market analysis and scenario planning
