Responsibilities
- Research and map emerging technology trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic scenarios for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Build predictive models for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Present future outlooks to executive leadership and industry conferences
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to executive audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist work or tech trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, clean energy)
