You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to build the frameworks that will define the next decade of human progress.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological paradigms (AI, quantum, neural interfaces) with 3-5 year precision
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating breakthrough innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Identify and mitigate ethical/societal implications of disruptive technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on the 2026 technology landscape
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive boards and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision frameworks or scenario planning
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management and executive communication
- Track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
