- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-proof business models
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with data-driven scenario planning
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future scenarios
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
