Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks that position the company for exponential growth in emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present compelling foresight narratives to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario planning capabilities
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies and strategic impact
- Ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business plans
