Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable milestones
- Lead predictive market analysis for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation hubs
- Present quarterly future-readiness briefings to C-suite and board members
- Design organizational frameworks for rapid adaptation to technological disruptions
- Mentor a dedicated innovation lab team of 12 specialists
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers published in TechCrunch and Wired
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future technology planning
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis (TrendHunter, Gartner, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing organizational change
- MSc/MBA from top-tier institution with focus on technology strategy
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology innovation
