Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking emerging opportunity adoption
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing industry disruptions
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Advise executive team on risk mitigation and opportunity capture strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or trend analyses required
