- Develop scenario models for AI-human collaboration and ethical governance
- Lead client workshops on quantum computing adoption and decentralized networks
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend reports with predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advose C-suite on regulatory shifts impacting autonomous systems
- Build cross-functional innovation labs for sustainable tech incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or human augmentation
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of high-impact strategic advisory work
- Certification in Technology Foresight or equivalent (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
