Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist research team
- Quantify ROI for innovation initiatives through market modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions and driving adoption
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing organizational change
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, patents)
- Portfolio of executed innovation initiatives with measurable impact
