Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing disruptive forces in AI, biotech, and climate resilience
- Architect strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients navigating the 2026 digital transformation landscape
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges in 2026
- Establish industry-first frameworks for ethical technology governance in autonomous systems
- Represent the company at global forums on sustainable development and technological ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports with measurable industry impact
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies for complex global systems
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
