Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and societal shifts to identify opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to 2026 technological and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to expand foresight capabilities
- Monitor global signals (geopolitical, economic, environmental) and assess implications for 2026 strategic planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Technology Policy, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in scenario planning and technology trend analysis for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AGI governance, climate tech, neuro-interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy (white papers, industry journals, conferences)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or high-growth tech organizations on strategic adaptation
