- Lead 'Future-State Workshops' with executive stakeholders and R&D teams
- Architect innovation pipelines for emerging markets (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Present foresight insights to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Establish competitive advantage through proprietary trend-intelligence systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and trend-communication skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects or publications
