Responsibilities

- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers and predictive analytics reports
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in high-stakes decision-making
- Build a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in technology, economics, or futures studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (e.g., in HBR, MIT Tech Review)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational change
