Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology impact frameworks using quantitative foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging paradigms (AI ethics, quantum integration, neuro-interfaces)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight ROI and innovation velocity
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced scenario planning and horizon scanning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated impact on innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, cross-impact matrices)
