Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness metrics across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven trend-forecasting experience
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
