Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy through trend analysis, scenario planning, and competitive intelligence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, Web3, and sustainable tech
- Produce annual innovation roadmaps with 5-year strategic projections for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer emerging technologies
- Mentor a high-impact team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic initiatives (e.g., quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology, or quantum
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend mapping tools (e.g., Horizon scanning, Delphi method)
