Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts through 2026+ lens
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to future-proof organizational capabilities and competitive advantage
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents and trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems to scout emerging technologies
- Design and manage horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and investor communities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-forward strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred (e.g., from ACIF or APF)
