Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term enterprise positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, marketing, and product teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven forecasts and risk assessments
- Advise executive leadership on technology adoption and market entry strategies
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
