Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2026

- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable future-state strategies
- Author visionary white papers and executive briefings on emerging business paradigms
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire next-gen startups
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Theory, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing successful future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech trends
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic journals
- Experience with Delphi method, trend impact analysis, and cross-impact matrices
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy)
