Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global mega-trends across technology, society, and economics to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact industries including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive leadership teams
- Create actionable roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-concept solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive future trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
